New Haven County residents Tyler Murtishi, age 20, of Waterbury, and Mark Oladapo, age 19, of New Haven, were arrested on Friday, May 14 by Naugatuck Police following a traffic stop on the Old Waterbury Turnpike, said the Naugatuck PD.
During the course of the investigation the following drugs were seized:
- 619 Alprazolam (Xanax) pills
- 38 Focalin pills
- 51 Gabapentin pills
- 14.82oz worth of Edible marijuana (skittles)
- 2.4 grams of Cocaine
- 10.69 ounces of marijuana
- Packaging materials and multiple scales
Both men were charged with:
- Operating a drug factory
- 2 counts - possession of a controlled substance
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Possession with intent to sell
Oladapo was the driver of the vehicle and issued an infraction for operation with illegally tinted windows.
Both are scheduled to appear at Waterbury Superior Court.
